Our Story
I am Cathy Powers. Owner of Healthy Change 4 Life, Holistic Animal Care. Healthy Chang4 Life has been in business since 2007. In 2022, I added Human Holy-Fire Reiki Wellness Sessions. 2023, I introduced Holistic Animal Care. I am human Level 2 Reiki Certified and an Animal Reiki Master. I have been practicing Reiki for just about a year. My patients results speak for themselves, as I come highly recommended. I took an amazing hands on course with Veterinarian Dr. Angel , Holistic Animal Studies , This course allowed me to start practicing Animal Reiki through different steps of each certification. Healthy Change 4 life, Holistic Animal Care has amazing beside manner and willing to help your animals over come anxiety, depression and other health issues if at all possible.

Biofield Energy Therapy is amazing technology. I have been putting the program to the test. I have an eleven year old pup Sassy that didn't get along with other dogs well. We rescued a pittie pup 3 days before Christmas she was left outside to die. We named her Rosie. Rosie had no training. I feel she was left outside in a crate. It has taken 3 weeks with using the AO scan and training her inside manners and basic commands. Rosie and Sassy are starting to get along. Rosie is hyper so it is taking time for Sassy to be accepting.

What is Reiki Healing
Reiki pronounced ( ray-key) is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes body's own healing process. Reiki is the principle that the practitioner can channel energy though soft touch or at a distance. Reiki aides in healing by helping animals relax by reducing anxiety, depression and other issues the animal may have. Note you have to through Reiki certification in order to feel unbalanced in the animal.

Sass in past has had severe separation anxiety and severe anxiety with other dogs on our walks. The Vet gave her meds as this treatment, that only worked for a few hours after dosage. After researching, next method I started playing meditation relaxation in the back round music. This helped a lot. I was still having issues during our walks. I started practicing Reiki and that was a game changer for her. Sass can now walk by other dogs without an issue.

Aries is my Spider Ball Python, I rescued him in 2017. He has been rather non social until I started giving him Reiki. He is now more active He enjoys the Reiki, he comes out of his hut more often.

Charlie is one of my first fur baby Animal Reiki patients. Charlie is 2. He has separation issues, deciding to potty all of the house when his human momma went to work. Charlie has had 3 Reiki sessions, Charlie has had less accidents in house.
